Clinical Case Poster Competition

Fantastic Four ESCD 2025

Join the challenge and showcase your clinical expertise at the ESCD Annual Congress in Seville, Spain, from September 25–27, 2025.

Participation and Exclusion Criteria
  • Participants must be Doctors of Dental Medicine or Dental Technicians.
  • The author/presenter must be registered for the ESCD Congress, with the registration fee paid by August 31, 2025.
  • Each author can submit only one poster as first author/presenter, but may be listed as a co-author on multiple submissions.
  • Each work can include a maximum of six authors.
  • Topic: Participants must present a treatment plan and execution involving one to four teeth (elements), either in the anterior or posterior region.
  • Abstract Submission: Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through email contact@escdonline.eu
  • Submission deadline: September 1, 2025.
  • Abstracts must be written in English, with all form fields completed.
  • Abstract Requirements:
    • Language: English
    • Format:
      • Title (maximum 20 words, no abbreviations)
      • Introduction
      • Clinical Case Description
      • Conclusions
    • Word limit: Maximum 500 words
  • Final Poster Submission
    • Deadline: September 10, 2025
    • Format: PDF, in English
    • Dimensions: Max. 160 cm (height) x 90 cm (width) before conversion to PDF
    • File size: Less than 20 MB
  • Submission: Via email to contact@escdonline.eu

Participants can submit cases in the following categories:

  • Direct Restorations with Composite Resins
  • Endodontically Treated Teeth
  • Pre-Prosthetic Orthodontics
  • Fixed and Removable Prosthetics
  • Tissue Regeneration
  • Implantology
  • Periodontology
  • Facial Harmony
  • Laboratory Work (1–4 units)

Submissions will be evaluated by a jury appointed by the ESCD Scientific Committee.

Awards:

🥇1st Place: A light curing unit (CuringPenX)

🥈2nd Place: Loupes

🥉3rd Place: ESCD Congress Participation fee for 2026

The first author/presenter is solely responsible for the content submitted.

Authors must ensure their submission does not violate any third-party rights related to intellectual property, copyright, or industrial property.

All content is the responsibility of the authors.

Posters will be presented in electronic format in front of a jury appointed by the ESCD Scientific Committee.

The poster presentation must not exceed 5 minutes.

All technical equipment will be provided by the Congress organization.
